Moss Seal

One company, one look.

Everything a customer sees from Moss Seal should look like it came from one place: quotes, emails, labels, the website. Consistency is what makes 50 years in Houston and ISO 9001 read as one reliable company.

Use the shared resources, not personal versions: the current logo and gold, Manrope and Inter, the address and phone written the same way, and the email signature below. Changes happen here first; everyone picks them up.

Logo and colorsOnly the current Moss Seal logo, on black or white. Gold #F2C522, black #151515, white. No stretching, recoloring or old versions.
TypeManrope for headings, Inter for text. Arial or Helvetica where those cannot be installed.
Website and linksLink to moss-seal.com and its product pages, never to PDFs or old pages.
Email signatureEveryone uses the signature from this page: the full card on new emails, the short Reply style on replies and forwards. Nothing added, nothing removed.

Company logo

Use these files, not a screenshot or an old version. The full logo goes on documents, slides and anything with room; the small-form mark is for profile pictures, app icons and tight spaces where the wordmark would not read. Keep the gold and white, leave clear space around either one, and do not stretch or recolor.

Moss Seal LinkedIn banner: The Standard of Excellence

The cover image for the company page and for personal profiles of Moss Seal staff. Use it as is: no cropping, no text added. Upload size 1584 × 396 for a profile, 1128 × 191 for the company page; LinkedIn scales this one down cleanly.

Click Copy signature first, then paste into your mail app's signature box.

Gmail

  1. Open Settings → See all settings.
  2. On the General tab, find Signature and choose Create new.
  3. Paste into the box.
  4. Repeat for the Reply style, then under Signature defaults set On reply/forward use to it.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

Gmail caps signatures at 10,000 characters. The counter under the preview shows where this one stands.

Outlook

  1. Web and new Outlook: Settings → Accounts → Signatures.
  2. Classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  3. Create a new signature, paste, and save.
  4. Do the same for the Reply style, then set New messages to the full card and Replies/forwards to the Reply one.

Classic Outlook squares off the card's rounded corners. Everything else carries over.

Apple Mail

  1. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
  2. Pick the account and click +.
  3. Paste into the preview area.
  4. Untick Always match my default message font so the colors and type stay.
  5. Apple Mail has no reply default, so pick the Reply one from the Signature menu when you reply.

The logo and icons load from the website, so nothing gets attached to your emails.
